Hello,

Many years ago, I used a dense, light foam for sculpting. It was easy to shape with just about anything, including clay tools. It was easy to glue blocks together with spray glue to do a rough shape without using too much material. The material was not unlike the foam used by florists for arrangements. Any idea on where to find something similar? Thanks - Steve

Hello,

I think what you are talking about is something called 'Balsa-Foam'. It comes in different densities and is manufactured by Jiffy Foam, Inc. Route 1 Box 408A Ronceverte, WV 24970 Phone: 800-344-8997
