You can use two basic varieties of rubbery stuff on skin. Certain highly expensive fast curing platinum silicones are non-toxic- but also expensive. They are not safe around the eyes or body opennings.
The preferred material is ALGINATE- a water based material that sets in fifteen minutes and can be used safely anywhere on the body. Note that alginate molds are extremely fragile and temporary and should beused to immediately produce a plaster master from which a more durable mold can be made. If you can't find alginate at art or special effects supply houses you can find it thru most dentist supply houses- they use it to mold your teeth.

Try a theatrical supply company. For low cost, latex rubber is often used for masks, etc. For high cost, gel filled translucent silicones are used, again glued to the skin. Is this your intention or is it 'lifecasting' - taking molds off of the body?
