Looking 4 Action Figure Sculptor 4 Punk Rocker

I'm looking for an up-and-coming sculptor to create a mold for a punk rock personality. This would serve as the prototype for a limited edition action figure, and there is potential to design addt'l figures for a line. Thanks! I'm in need of someone to help with the entire design process. There's not a whole lot of money involved, because of the underground DIY style of the project, but there is the potential to create more if the first one goes over well, thus creating more compensation and publicity for the artist.

I am sure it will be a wonderful opportunity for any sculptor to get this work under public attention and thus recognition
