Info needed: Bronze Statue of a Black Man marked Farnsworth

Hi, I have looked almost everywhere and have been unable to find any information regarding this statue. It is a bronze statue of a black man 50' tall holding a cigar and a cane and is marked ' FARNSWORTH' . It is very heavy!
