I want to sculpt a BJD in clay then cast my baby in platinum silicone how would I do this so the head won't fall off? can it be attached from inside the head and how?

BJD just flew right over my head so fast, it messed up my hair. ha Please explain a little better.

Ball Jointed Doll in clay I can attach hook in the head and when I puch the neck which is the ball it also has a hook that I attach together and my head wont fall off. but in silicone I can't figure how to do it.

I'm guessing you're looking for a way to make the body parts hollow using silicone. The only way I can imagine doing that is by having 2 part molds, then paint the silicone on the insides then put the 2 halves together so that the silicone blends itself together at the seams. Either that or slushing the silicone inside the closed mold to form a skin.
In this way, you would have a hollow form just as you would if making the doll out of ceramic. As for the ball, I"m not sure how you would do that. Maybe since silicone is flexible, you could insert a ball after the rubber is set up?

I wouldnt dream of making it hollow inside. I love the feel of solid arms and legs.
