Are you saying that you purchased a latex mold which is about three feet deep (30 cms), and that it does not have a mother mold casing?

If that is indeed the situation, then before trying to make a fibreglass mother mold, you will need to set up the latex mold in such a way that it maintains it correct shape and form. It it a glove mold or does it have a cut somewhere? Can you borrow a cast made from this mold?

Yes its a glove mold i bought it of ebay . So i cant get a hold of the original cast . So i ned to make a wooden stand and do one cast then make fiberglas mold ..

I was thinking if u guys had any trix what to fill the latex glove mold with so i didnt need to make a wooden stand

Yes you need to rig it up so it will not distort. Since the statue is approx 90 cms, it may be possible for your hand to enter from the pouring opening at its base which will face upwards. If so then I would carefully pour plaster to fill the head, then I would use my hand to apply plaster onto the rest of the mold. Then after the plaster has set, I would check the cast to see if it has distortions, if not then I would replace the the glove and proceed with the mother mold.

If you could rig it up in a makeshift box and then pour dry sand around the mold and keep tapping the box to compact the sand, then that's all the rig up you need.
